I’m Jocelyn - a Health Strategist, Wellness Coach, Educator, and passionate advocate for women who are ready to take charge of their health. I’m also a wife, mom, and devoted dog lover, so I understand what it means to live a full life while trying to prioritize your own well-being.

Before founding J Wellness, I spent years advising top pharmaceutical brands and later led client care at one of Toronto’s leading functional medicine clinics. That journey gave me a rare perspective - deep insight into both the science and strategy behind real, lasting health transformation.

My DNA Story
I was doing everything “right” - eating clean, taking supplements, staying active. But in my mid-40s, a DEXA scan revealed early bone loss. I was following the rules… yet something was missing.
Then I looked at my DNA…and everything clicked. I had genetic predispositions that made bone loss more likely. That insight changed everything. With the right support, I shifted my habits: adjusted my diet, focused on strength training, prioritized sleep, and tracked what truly mattered.
